This course focuses on effective office communication, including emails, phone calls, and workplace interactions.

You will learn key dos and don’ts, such as professional email etiquette, polite and clear communication, and cultural differences in business settings.

Through practical exercises, you will expand your vocabulary and refine your skills for real-life business situations.

Day 3 Dos and Don’ts in Business Communication
Day 4 Meetings and Negotiations
Day 5 Presentations and Public Speaking

Couse material will be provided by the couse instructor.

Dieser Kurs gilt gemäß § 10 Abs. 5 des Berliner Bildungszeitgesetzes (BiZeitG, GVBl. vom 05.07.2021 S. 849) als Bildungsveranstaltung im Sinne der beruflichen Weiterbildung anerkannt. Diese Anerkennung gilt nur für
Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer gemäß § 1 Abs. 1 des oben genannten Gesetzes, die bei einem Arbeitgeber im Bundesland Berlin angestellt sind und die o.g. Kenntnisse beruflich benötigen. Dieser Kurs ist auch nach §1 Abs. 1 bis 4 AWbG in NRW anerkannt.

My name is Dr. phil Elena Polykova. 
I'm an experienced English language teacher and curriculum developer with over 20 years in teaching, academic research, and program management. Holding a Ph.D. in Germanic Languages, I have taught a wide range of courses, including General English, Translation Studies, and Philology, while also preparing students for international exams like Cambridge English and IELTS. Passionate about education, I aim to create engaging learning environments, combining innovation and flexibility to support students of diverse backgrounds.
